Bucket Project

Baptist global Response exists to connect people who care with people in need! Through The Bucket Project: Hospice Kit churches around the U.S. are meeting the critical needs of people overseas who are suffering in the last stages of terminal illness. The Hospice Kit is a 5-gallon plastic bucket filled with health and hygiene supplies. The cost of assembling a kit runs between $80 and $100—depending on what you find on sale. Everything you need to start this campaign in your church is on the website: www.gobgr.org. Be sure to look for the “Leader Packet” which will give you tons of resources to promote this project. It is located under the Media tab.

Texas Coordinators for this project are Franklin and Paula Kilpatrick. Their contact information is 713.472.6571 or fpkilpatrick@gmail.com. The local collection point is First Baptist Church of Jacinto City, 10701 Wiggins, St., Houston.
