What are the trends? \nWhat is coming to your community?\n\n\nSession 2: "Fixing on the North Star." \n\nElements of a biblical worldview. What does it mean to think Biblically?\nHow to help church members develop a Biblical worldview.\n\n\n\nSession 3: "Identifying Dangerous Storms." \n\nWhat are the top cultural storms the church is facing? \nDefine the issues. Begin to formulate a biblical response.\n\n\nSession 4: "A New Flight Plan."\n\nHow to lead your church to develop a missional flight plan as\nindividuals\, families\, and as a church.\n\n\n\nDr. Terry Coy is an independent church consultant with a rich heritage of ministry with Southern Baptists in our state. He grew up in Chile as a missionary kid\, and that experience helped him become fluent in Spanish and develop cross-cultural skills. He completed his formal ministry training at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary\, and has served Tarrant Baptist Association (Ft. Worth) and the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention. Terry  recently published two books\, Facing the Change and Return to the Margins. He has been an adjunct professor in both bachelor’s and master’s level classes\, and is a noted speaker and conference leader.
