Wallisville Rd\, Highlands TX 77562\n  \nSpecial Guest: Ted Elmore\n  \nProgram:\n4:00 pm Registration & Exhibits\n5:00 pm Dinner\n6:00 pm Business meeting\n7:30 pm Prayer Seminar with Dr. Ted Elmore\n\nElect Messengers\nEach church will be entitled to three (3)  messengers\, plus one (1) additional messenger for each fifty (50) resident members\, with a maximum of twelve (12) messengers per church. \nAll church members are encouraged to attend even if you are not a messenger.\nDr. Ted Elmore serves the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention as the Pastor/Church Relations Associate and Prayer Strategist. He joined the staff of the SBTC in 2009. Ted has served as a pastor\, interim pastor (7 churches)\,    evangelist (14 year ministry affecting 14 nations)\, and state convention leader (13 years) in both evangelism and prayer. Ted holds both the Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to Cheryl and they have four grown children. \n  \nNOTE: Venue changed due to lightening striking the steeple of the original 2018 Annual Meeting location at Dell Dale Avenue Baptist Church in Channelview. Dell Dale Avenue Baptist Church will now host the 73rd Annual Meeting in 2019.
