DESCRIPTION:Depart 8:00 am\nCost $20 (includes bus donation)\nRichmond\, TX\n  \nRegister by November 6 as a total must be provided to the ranch seven days in advance. Originally settled in 1824 by Henry and Nancy Jones as part of Stephen F. Austin’s colony\, this 23\,000 acre working ranch stands as a testament to the independent spirit of Texas. Explore the lives of four generations of this remarkable family and share the experiences that molded this farming and ranching empire and helped shape the history of Texas. You will visit four homes built from the 1830s through the 1930s. The historic homes are connected by a paved loop that is approximately one mile long. A Park tram runs continuously around the loop. Dress comfortably. Fifteen people are needed to guarantee an escort; otherwise it is a self-guided tour. DESCRIPTION:The next Valley Mission trip is planned for Nov. 30 – Dec. 2\, 2018.\nSign up today!\nWe will be assisting the following two churches during this trip:\n  \nPrimera Iglesia Bautista \n474 La Feria Ave\, Santa Rosa\, TX 78593 \nand \nRefuge Rock Church \n931 Santa Rosa Ave\, Edcouch\, TX 78538 \n  \nWhy We Are Going \nOur mission is to assist the pastor and member of Primera Iglesia Bautista in Santa Rosa\, TX and Refuge Rock Church in Edcouch\, TX to connect with their communities. We will assist by doing door-to door canvasing\, conducting a Block Party\, passing out Christmas stockings and assisting in worship. \n  \nFor those with children\, take this opportunity to spend a weekend as a family showing others what the love of Christ is all about as we celebrate the Christmas season by helping a new church reach their community and as we deliver over 300 Christmas stockings to the children there. \n  \nThe ultimate goal is to see individuals come to a saving personal relationship with Christ.
