2026 SJBA Summer Camps Registrations are OPEN!
VERY IMPORTANT – the Texas Baptist Camp Managers Association has produced a NEW Child Protection Training Program and Certificate that MUST be used for this summer’s camps. Please see the information below to provide to anyone 18 years and older who will be attending camp this year.
Youth Camp – “OVERFLOW“- Monday, June 22 (3 pm) through Friday, June 26 (10 am) – cost $335 each before May 1 / $350 each late fee after May 1
Preteen Camp – “OBEDIENT” – Sunday July 19 (3pm) through Thursday July 23 (10am) – cost $290 each before May 1 / $325 each late fee after May 1

IMPORTANT: Each camper’s immunization record is required with registration form and must be included in the binder due upon arrival. 2026 Immunization Records

Designate an adult with a cell phone to contact when a student fails to show for medication. 2026 Church Medication Contact Sheet

Print the 2026 Church Check List – Summer Package as a convenient guide in preparing for summer camp.
Print and handout the 2026 Camper Check List and 2026 Policies and Procedures for Campers as convenient guides for campers and their parents, and sponsors to prepare for summer camp.
Every adult must have a background check. Permission must be obtained before running a background check. Use your own form or this form: Form Background Consent
Every adult (anyone 18 and older) MUST take the NEW Child Protection Training and provide a completed Certificate from the link below:
The NEW Child Protection Training Course is found at: https://ministrygrid.lifeway.com/#/redeem-invite/NCST/TWJM Each adult (anyone 18 years and older) will need to register (or login if they already have a Lifeway account), take the Child Protection Training, and print the completed certificate provided once done to turn in with all their other documents required for camp.
