Responsibilities include but are not limited to planning, promoting, and supervising a church music and worship program. Plan church music programs for the church choir. Lead worship at regular and special services at the church. Enlist and train individuals, duets, trios, quartets, and praise teams for special music. Prepare and submit an annual music budget. Supervise the work of the instrumentalists. Maintain a close walk with the Lord through personal prayer and Bible study, then translate this into Christ-like living.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to planning, promoting, and supervising a comprehensive youth program for junior high and senior high youth, emphasizing evangelism, Bible studies, visitation, ministry, and fellowship. Provide spiritual counseling for youth. Attend camps, assemblies, clinics, etc., to promote and direct youth activities. Prepare, submit, and account for an annual budget for the junior high and senior youth. Maintain a close walk with the Lord through personal prayer and Bible study, then translate this into Christ-like living.
