An initiative to train & assist pastors & churches in developing a biblical, missional plan that will guide them:
Session 1: "Reading the Map." Getting a grasp on cultural changes. What are the trends? What is coming to your community?
Session 2: "Fixing on the North Star." Elements of a biblical worldview. What does it mean to think Biblically? How to help church members develop a Biblical worldview.
Session 3: "Identifying Dangerous Storms." What are the top cultural storms the church is facing? Define the issues. Begin to formulate a biblical response.
Session 4: "A New Flight Plan." How to lead your church to develop a missional flight plan as individuals, families, and as a church.
