SJBA Preteen Camp 2018 ~ “Survivor”

Preteen Camp is for boys and girls who have completed 3-6 grade.

Preteen Registration & Housing form MUST be completed and turned in with $50 non-refundable deposit to secure camper or sponsor reservation.

Camp Cost $220 until June 1st. Late registration Cost $240 June 2nd and after.

Churches: Complete the 2018 Blank Preteen Camp Registration & Housing, save it, and return via email sjba@sanjacintobaptist.com . This form includes church registration, housing, a change sheet for adds/deletes, as well as the Camp Check List.
